Culver Meadows Adult Foster Care is a 15 bed facility and we are licensed by the state of Michigan. Culver Meadows is also a member of Michigan Assisted Living Association (MALA).

Culver Meadows is conveniently located on the West side of Traverse City (only 5 miles to Traverse City). Culver Meadows is only a few minutes for doctors, shopping or other appointments in Traverse City.Culver Meadows does not look like a facility, it looks and feels like your own home.

Culver Meadows Senior Living is a licensed, brand new 20 bed home opened in February 2010 complete with several luxurious amenities. Our new Adult Foster Care center has security features such as coded entry with buzzers and smart lighting. The new home has heated sidewalks and was created with a home-like setting in mind.

Long-term care insurance accepted and in-house podiatrists available at both locations!

Some of the activities include watching movies, playing board games, bingo, ball toss, etc...

There is also an exercise lady that comes in weekly to do range of motion exercises. A Catholic Priest comes in weekly to have a little service and communion with those that want to participate.
